Director of Medical Education
Responsible for providing strategic leadership, administrative support and oversight and management of those programs, services and personnel related to the delivery of the undergraduate medical education curriculum. The Director of the Office of Medical Education maintains a collaborative and supportive relationship with other administrators, students, faculty and staff in keeping with the UIW social justice mission, and ensures compliance with all applicable accreditation standards and state and federal regulations.
During start-up phase, DME will also be responsible for onboarding of new faculty/staff, instructional technology decisions and negotiations, and faculty development. When these positions are filled, the DME will hand off documentation and responsibilities accordingly.

Serve as a primary product expert and evangelist
Establish relationships with existing clients and continuously communicate with them to develop and update a needs analysis for product development, customer service, and sales/marketing
Deliver both in-person and remote (web-based) training sessions with client schools, as well as introductory webinars for prospect schools
Serve as a catalyst for the development and growth of the LCMS+ user group
Contribute actively, with other team members, to the design, development and maintenance of web-based, video and print training modules for client and prospect use
Ensure that the content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs
Respond to client and prospect inquiries about features and functions of LCMS+
Conduct webinars and work with team to update documentation when new features are released
Engage with key stakeholders to conduct skills and training needs analysis and prioritize training efforts
Coordinate the collection, description and analysis of requests for new system functionality
Provide ad hoc web-based training to address specific client issues or requests
